DELIVERIES

We offer free 5-7 business day nationwide* delivery on all of our products,

We create all of our products on demand to ensure our products are created to each customer's specification.

We carry most fabrics, materials and fixtures in stock to ensure as soon as orders are placed, manufacturing can take place immediately to get your product to you as soon as possible. In some very rare occasions where materials may be out of stock deliveries may take up to 28 working days.

As our products are all manufactured by hand, there is likely to be uncontrollable variations in manufacturing build. There may also be slight variation in colour and fabrics.

If you require an item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, do not hesitate to email our sales team who will do their best to organised this.

We use a specialist courier with a two-man delivery team to ensures that you will receive your goods in optimum condition.

If your product is delivered by our specialist courier, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your order. You will also receive a call from our courier team prior to delivery to give you notice of arrival.

In very rare occasions deliveries can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances for which we are unable to compensate customers for cancelled appointments.

Please note, we do not take away your old mattress or bed when delivering your item and them must be arrange by you.

In the event that you are not present when delivery is being made our courier service will try again the next business day.

Goods can be returned within a period of 14 Days of delivery, once the goods have been collected please allow 28 days for the refund to be processed, all refunds will incur a £60 collection fee. ALL items returned must be in their original packaging and condition.

Please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door. Please note delivery times during the festive period and national holidays do vary so please contact our delivery team for more information.

 

RETURNS

Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with Sleep Beds 247, and that includes Returns, refunds & Exchanges.

We offer free 5-10 working days nationwide* delivery as standard on all of our products, excluding some remote locations. If you feel you may be situated in a remote location please call our customer support team in advance who will be able to help assist you or find an alternative solution.

As we create all of our products on demand to ensure our products are created to each customer's specification, you are purchasing a piece of furniture unique to you. We adopt policies and procedures designed to maximise the value for all of our customers. For these reasons, we don't accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Please call our Customer Services Team on 07459862373 within 14 days of delivery if you find your specified order to be faulty, or that we have delivered the wrong item. Our sales team will be more than happy to help assist you and rectify any issues.

As part of our returns and refunds process we ask that you send images of any defects or faults found with your order, to help our sales team decide the best course of action.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. We ask you to inspect your items on delivery to make sure you are happy with them as any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned. Please make sure all unwanted items are returned unused and in their original condition.

Returns will only be facilitated Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays at a time that suits our rolling delivery schedule.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We will process your refund as soon as you let us know that you would like one or from the date that we receive your item back in stock.

Orders that have not yet delivered will be refunded within 7 days* of notification. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our administration fee of 20% of the order value.

Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 7 working days* after we receive your return into stock. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our collection and restocking charge of £99 per order.

In the event that you would like to exchange your product, Items must be unused and in their original condition and you must notify our customer services team within 14 days. The original price of your item will then be deducted from your new order and our delivery team will then collect the item you want to exchange on delivery of your new item.

For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

If you are not available in person to accept your order on the delivery day and 4-hour slot we have agreed with you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £69 for redeliver. All re-deliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.
