Experienced delivery men

Every order placed is important to us. We also strive to assist our customers as best as we can through their whole experience with us.

 

That is why we offer a dedicated delivery service on all of our items at no extra charge. It's our way of saying thanking you for your custom and to ensure your new bed is not just manufactured but assembled perfectly.

 

Just specify which room you would like your bed in and thats it! Our specialist assembly team will take care of the rest.

 

Delivery Timescale

We aim to process, manufacture and deliver orders to our customers as soon as possible and we assure you we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver all our orders in 5-10 working days and our deliveries are typically completed Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank and public Holidays), from 7am to 9pm.

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation which will also specify your allocated delivery time and date.  If the delivery slot does not work with your schedule just give our sales team a call on 07459862373 and we will be more than happy to rearrange it for a time that works best for you.

Once your order has been scheduled and your 4 hour delivery slot has been allocated, you will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched so you can track every step of your delivery to keep you up to date at all times. You will also receive a courtesy call from our delivery team 1 hour prior to delivery.

When we allocate you a delivery time slot, we will do our upmost to adhere to the times provided. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances please note that delivery times may change and times provided are given as estimations.

 

Free Delivery to Mainland UK

As standard all of our products come with free delivery and a specialist 2 man delivery and assembly team to all standard mainland UK areas. This excludes some remote areas which may incur additional delivery charges and prolonged delivery times.

Additional information 

We ask our customers to please refer to the dimensions listed below all product descriptions to ensure the items that you order will be able to fit into the room of your choice. Please also consider access corridors, landings and the route to the room in which the item would be placed.

If additional height on the headboard is ordered and doesn't fit up the stairs there will be extra charges for replacements.
