Is velvet good for a bed?
Yes. It's hard-wearing, the colour stays rich, and it suits panel and chesterfield designs because the pile catches light along every line. Pressure marks, where someone has leaned, brush out with a soft brush. Plush velvet is one of our main fabrics, alongside Coniston, Naples and Galaxy.
Is bouclé practical for a bed?
For adults without pets, yes. It hides small marks well and doesn't show pressure marks.
